We had just 5 new participants for the season tonight, with 3 of them joining us for the first time ever - special welcome to those people, we hope you had a good run with us last night.
Excluding the new runners tonight we had 32 runners & walkers set Season or Lifetime Waterfront 5k PBs tonight - Congrats! (the conditions appear to have been more than favourable for most)

We hope the Pacers from Scottish were a motivation and helped you get through to a goal time. So thank you Rowan, Hiro, Bede, & Lindsay for last nights efforts.
If you would like pacers of different times, let us know. and we will see what Scottish can arrange. They are planning to have at least 3 pacers most nights, and they will set the pace times based on requests (and who is available)
Also a big thanks to the Senior Women and Mens from the Scottish Athletics for the help last night with registration and Finish line - it is greatly appreciated.
Thanks to Macs Brewbar for the bowls of Fries afterwards!
